Safeco Field (the new Seattle Mariners Ballpark). Working closely with a local crane manufacturer, we have provided the teamwork necessary to assemble and test all (32) of the roof end truck panels (with eight remote PLC's, Utility, Armature/Field, Auxiliary), all (12) of the 200HP DC Drive and Distribution Panels, and finally supply the 11-1/2ft long Main Control Panel with a 21" Allen-Bradley Touchscreen. In addition we assembled the Main PLC Panel, Burle Allegiant 8500 CCTV Multiplexer to interface the four 20" Color Monitors and eight CCTV cameras with Pan/Tilt Units, Zoom Lenses, and 8ft high stands we provided as part of the package.
Crane Controls (with the same customer as above) have been supplied for cranes around the world that include complete (Burle) CCTV Systems for cranes in Taiwan, and control panels for cranes around the USA, Russia, & China.
Seahawks Exhibition Center and Parking Garage. Working closely with a large electrical contractor, we've supplied 160+ Floor Boxes for Power Distribution & Telephone and Data access for trade shows of the future. We are also working on column boxes and expresso boxes for the same project.
Power Plant Waste Handling Equipment. In the past several years we have supplied Control Systems for Deionizers, Resin Dryers, Liner Grapples, Hoists, Concentrated Waste Dryers, Drum Handling Systems, Radio Controlled Filter Grapples, and complete Filter Handling Systems. Filter Casks, and Volume Reducing Filter Shears have been supplied to several domestic Power Plants. Other systems are in use in South Korea at multiple Power Plants.
Boeing (25-20) Motor Control Centers were supplied to a local electrical contractor for the new Boeing Renton facility. These (twenty pallets of) MCC's included multiple Variable Frequency Drives, Motor Thermistor monitoring, and extensive interface with SCADA monitoring equipment. Motor Control Centers were ordered from Allen-Bradley WITHOUT factory wiring and all of the modifications were done in the Duren Controls shop.
Checkstand Electrical Harnesses with Photoeye Controls are a basic part we've created (in 10-20 different models) and supplied to a major US Checkstand supplier. We've worked from initial ideas in 1992 and made product improvements to an electrical harness that distributes both Utility and POS (Point Of Sale) Power in Checkstands used throughout the US, Pacific Rim, and most recently in Europe. We supply approximately 4,000+ harnesses each year to our customers two manufacturing facilities located both here and on the east coast.
Tunnel Boring Machine Control, Power, & Distribution Systems have been supplied by Duren Controls, Inc. on numerous projects. We've sourced everything from the 15KV power input transformers to Motor Control Cabinets in Nema 12 to Class I Division II (Explosionproof). Our experience includes all aspects of the Electrical Equipment. This includes all of the Motor Control, Operator Stations, Instrumentation, Laser Guidance system interfacing, Gas Monitoring equipment, full Data Aquisition Systems, all cabling, and transformers required to bring the incoming utility power (of 7200V to 13,800V) down to 480V.
